I have been practicing Yoga on and off for about ten years and find it helps reduce stress when I was working on call 24 HR shifts. Since my heart attack in May I've made it a part of my daily routine and have found a significant increase in natural energy and a reduction in the stress that can bring about Heart Disease. Learning Yoga can not be made easier now with videos posted constantly on YouTube by Yogi Masters. I am at the very basic intermediate level and will never be able to do handstands or the splits that advanced Yoga practioners do. My favorite intermediate position is The Fire Log.
I use a very large television with the YouTube app on the TV so I can experience it in a larger format. I have picked you a few that I use regularly that I encourage you to give it a try and you will be hooked on Yoga like I am. I know I will never be able (due to my health and flexibility ) to become an advanced Yoga practitioner but I do feel comfortable as a beginner and some of the intermediate positions which is what I will be sharing on my blog.
What You Will Need To Do Yoga
1) A yoga mat
2) Comfortable clothing that is not tight fitting or extremely loose.
3) Water
4) Access to watch YouTube videos that you can view easily
5) Once you get into the routines from the videos you may want to look into music made for Yoga and lower the volume to the video instead.

In the past few months I have been making many lifestyle changes because I had a heart attack in May. I never imagined a woman who is only 46 years old having one! It was my wake up call to make necessary changes. When I saw Ruckpack offered as a campaign to promote; my first thought was a replacement for the coffee addiction that helped lead to my heart attack! I knew I had to try this product !
What and Who Is Ruckpack?
Ruckpack is an energy drink created by Marine Special Operation Forces for nutrition and energy, but they do have other products available. These energy drinks are made with nutrients called Nootropics which are a supplement that improve cognitive function, memory, creativity and motivation. Nootropics for sports are nootropics combined with vitamins and minerals to maximize and boost performance! They were also on Shark Tank!
My Review
Ruckpack was kind enough to send me six samples of their nutrition drinks. Three had caffeine in them and three didn't. I found both types of samples tasted the same but had different results for energy. They taste incredibly sweet like concentrated juice so it's a good idea to have them with a glass of water. I found the one with caffeine gave me more energy and a bigger boost or impact which seems to kick in about an hour or so after you drink them. I found with both types of drinks whether they had caffeine in them or not that my attention span and focus improved.
I am recommending this product if you are looking for a clean energy drink that works !

We all know it's Easter this coming weekend. It is impossible not to notice post after post and pages filled with the perfect Easter dinner, the perfect gifts, the egg hunts, and baked goods filling our screens to read and desire. Unfortunately many will not have that due to crisis, tragedy, death, poverty, health, homelessness or other factors.
What Can I Do To Help The Alernative Easter Reality?
Donate food and gifts to your local food banks and churches
Volunteer your time to socialize or serve others at community centres offering meals.
If you know someone suffering a tragedy, funeral, death or alone bring them cooked meals in Tupperware dishes they can warm up in the microwave.
Don't feel pressured if finances are tight to serve fancy meals. Frozen pizza in the oven is just as delicious as a Ham or Lamb roast.
Find alternative and low cost entertainment such as movie nights at home or board games from a second hand stores.
